BB1000 PLUS Twin Scroll
The BB1000 PLUS is a turbocharger assembly replacement that reliably allows Power levels just over 1000 HP without putting the turbocharger at Risk.
It is a plug and play solution to be installed by replacing the OEM Turbocharger assembly.
CNC Machined Compressor and Turbine Housing to accommodate the oversized and optimized compressor wheel and the back pressure optimized proprietary turbine wheel.
The Custom proprietary Turbocharger Shaft allows to withstand higher stress and keeps the rotation assembly stable in balance.
The optimized geometry of the Turbine Wheel with reduced number of Blades helps to keep backpressure under control by keeping the spool almost same as OEM.
The assembly is rotating on Custom Journal bearing, manufactured to offer best spool capabilities and keeping the known reliability of journal bearings VS Ball bearing.
